? Hiring: Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in CPQ/eCommerce and Quote-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash processes .
Must Have:
- 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
- 2+ years of CPQ or eCommerce experience
- Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes
- Pricing, discounting, product configuration & approval workflows
- User Stories, Acceptance Criteria & Functional Specifications
- Agile/Scrum – Jira, Rally or Azure DevOps
- Confluence & SQL
- Requirements gathering, workshops, gap/impact analysis
- UAT & stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot or equivalent AI assistants for BA activities
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
