Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to lead financial transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Fit to Standard workshops, cloud extensibility, and enterprise financial processes. This role requires strong functional expertise, hands on configuration skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and future ready financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Fit to Standard workshops and manage gaps using SAP Best Practices.
- Configure and optimize FI/CO modules in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Implement financial closing cockpit and automate recurring jobs.
- Design and deploy enterprise financial models including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and support event based revenue recognition.
- Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP and other modules using standard APIs.
- Implement Central Finance (CFIN) for harmonized reporting across ERP landscapes.
- Manage data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit and validate reconciliations.
- Apply SAP Activate methodology across project phases.
- Ensure audit readiness, governance,



and security using embedded analytics and change logs.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders, IT teams, and auditors to deliver compliant solutions.
- Support quarterly Public Cloud upgrades and communicate changes to business users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 12+ years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 3+ years in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Strong expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA).
- Hands on experience with Account Based COPA in Public Cloud.
- Practical knowledge of Delta Lakehouse integration for analytics.
- Experience with SAP Multi Bank Connectivity (MBC) and payment processing.
- Strong understanding of SAP Best Practices, extensibility frameworks, and quarterly upgrades.
- Proven ability to manage multi country deployments and localization packs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills.

Preferred Skills Preferred / Good to Have Skills

- Exposure to Group Reporting in Public Cloud.
- Experience with SAP BTP extensibility (In App & Side by Side).
- Knowledge of Treasury, Taxation, and Compliance in general rollouts.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration for predictive financial analytics.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP transformation projects.
