We are looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager with a strong background in iGaming and online casino to drive affiliate acquisition, partner development, and revenue growth across our brands.

This is a commercial and performance-focused role requiring strong knowledge of the iGaming affiliate ecosystem, affiliate networks, traffic sources, commercial models, and player acquisition economics.

The adecuado candidate should have an established network within the iGaming affiliate industry and be capable of identifying and onboarding high-value partners, negotiating competitive commercial agreements, monitoring traffic quality and profitability, and developing long-term relationships with key affiliates.

The successful candidate will take ownership of affiliate performance and work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, BI, Payments, Compliance, and other internal teams to maximize acquisition volume while maintaining sustainable player value and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners across relevant iGaming markets.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing affiliates, including key and high-volume partners.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new affiliate opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and other performance-based models.
- Monitor affiliate performance using key metrics such as FTDs, deposits, NGR, CPA, conversion rates, retention, player value, and ROI.
- Analyze traffic quality and partner profitability and optimize commercial terms accordingly.
- Develop strategies to increase traffic, player acquisition, and revenue from existing affiliate partnerships.
- Identify underperforming partners and implement actions to improve performance or commercial efficiency.
- Coordinate affiliate campaigns, promotions, landing pages, tracking links, creatives, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting,



and attribution of affiliate traffic and player activity.
- Work closely with BI and relevant teams to analyze affiliate and player performance.
- Monitor competitor affiliate programs, market trends, commission structures, and new traffic opportunities.
- Represent the company at relevant iGaming conferences, affiliate events, and industry meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships within the wider iGaming affiliate community and continuously expand the company's partner network.
- Ensure affiliate activities comply with internal policies, applicable regulations, responsible gaming requirements, and advertising standards.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the company's overall affiliate strategy and program.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within iGaming / online casino, preferably in a senior-level role.
- Strong understanding of the online casino affiliate ecosystem and player acquisition models.
- Proven experience acquiring and managing high-performing affiliate partners.
- An existing network of relevant iGaming affiliates, publishers, networks, or media partners is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, NGR, FTD, conversion, retention, LTV, and ROI.
- Proven commercial negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to evaluate affiliate traffic quality and profitability rather than focusing only on acquisition volume.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms, tracking systems, reporting tools, and performance data.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Good understanding of different traffic sources and acquisition channels within iGaming.
- Understanding of regulatory and responsible gaming requirements affecting affiliate marketing.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of commercial results, and operate in a fast-paced international environment.
