A integral company in Monterrey needs a senior database engineer who goes deeper than keeping the lights on.

You’ll own performance, architecture and cost across a large multi-platform estate. And you’ll be the person other teams call when something is slow and nobody knows why.

What you’ll do

- Find and fix performance problems across SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB
- Go deep on query plans, indexing, waits and engine internals
- Build the tooling that catches bottlenecks before users do
- Own HA/DR and cloud database architecture across Azure, AWS and OCI
- Drive right-sizing and cloud cost decisions
- Mentor other DBAs and work with developers and app owners around the world

What you bring

- 7+ years in database performance engineering, deep in SQL Server and Oracle
- Real HA/DR design experience, not just support
- Infrastructure as code: Terraform, PowerShell, Azure CLI
- Security and governance: auditing, encryption, RBAC, data masking
- Fluent English, spoken and written

Bonus points

- Azure, AWS or Oracle certifications
- You’ve been the architect or escalation point for a large estate
