We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Finance Department at FARMASI located in Mexico City.
Position Purpose
Provide financial and analytical support to the business through the preparation of financial analyses, budgets, forecasts, and strategic reports that contribute to informed decision-making and the achievement of financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial analyses and monthly reports
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expense control
- Analyze financial variances and provide recommendations
- Participate in accounting and financial closing processes.
- Prepare executive presentations for management
- Develop financial dashboards and KPIs
- Collaborate with regional teams and business areas
- Participate in the automation and continuous improvement of financial processes
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis
- Experience in multinational companies is preferred
- Advanced English proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or Power BI is preferred
