We’re hiring: Senior HRIS Analyst – SAP SSFF - Employee Central

Remote – US Market

Must be available to work EST hours

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior HRIS Analyst with a strong background in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to support and continuously improve an enterprise HR environment.

What we’re looking for:

- 10+ years of experience with SAP HCM
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Strong experience supporting HRIS / enterprise HR systems
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle transactions
- Experience with HR master data, data quality, audits and reconciliation
- Experience supporting payroll-related HR data and issue resolution
- Knowledge of HR reporting and data analysis
- Experience troubleshooting HRIS issues and managing support tickets




- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and external support teams

Nice to have:

- Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Experience supporting general HR organizations
- Knowledge of HR data governance and audit controls
- SAP SuccessFactors certification

Important: We’re particularly interested in candidates who bring a strong SAP HCM foundation (10+ years) combined with extensive Employee Central experience (6+ years).
