Senior Mainframe Modernization Developer

Experience: 6-8+ years

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mainframe Modernization Developer with strong experience in PL/I, JCL, DB2, Python & VSAM to join our growing technology team.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of IBM z/OS mainframe development experience.
- Strong experience with Easytrieve analysis and maintenance.
- Expertise in PL/I , COBOL, or similar mainframe languages.
- Experience with Python development for modernization initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of JCL ,



DB2 , VSAM , TSO/ISPF, and batch processing.
- Experience with data mapping, file layouts, and report generation.
- Ability to reverse engineer undocumented legacy applications.
- Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
