Senior Professional Photo Editor – Weddings & Events (5+ Years Experience)

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Photo Editor specializing in weddings, events, portraits, and professional photography.

This is a senior-level position for an editor with an exceptional artistic eye, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to consistently deliver high-end, professional-quality images.

We are not looking for basic photo editing skills. We need a true professional who understands lighting, composition, color, natural retouching, and the standards expected in premium wedding and event photography.

Key Responsibilities

- Professionally edit and retouch high volumes of wedding, event, portrait, and professional photography.
- Perform advanced color grading, color correction, exposure adjustments, skin tone refinement, white balance, and image enhancement.
- Execute high-end retouching while maintaining natural, realistic results.
- Manage complete wedding and event galleries, ensuring consistency across hundreds or thousands of images.
- Select, organize, edit, and deliver photographs efficiently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Maintain exceptional quality standards and deliver polished, client-ready images.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional photo editing experience (REQUIRED).
- Extensive experience editing weddings, events, portraits, or luxury photography.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional retouching, color grading, and professional editing techniques.
- Proven ability to manage large photography galleries while maintaining consistent quality.
- Expert understanding of lighting,



composition, skin tones, color accuracy, and professional photography workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, follow creative direction, and consistently meet deadlines.
