About the Role

CNTXT AI is looking for a Senior Operations Manager / Project Manager to lead and scale our data collection operations in Mexico.

This is a highly hands-on role combining operations, project management, business partnerships, and execution .

The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and managing large-scale egocentric data collection programs where participants use smartphones to record approved real-world activities.

Data may be collected through both household environments and live business environments , including manufacturing, warehouses, logistics, construction, agriculture, hospitality, restaurants, retail, maintenance, and other operational settings.

The role will initially be based in Mexico , with the opportunity to relocate to the UAE if preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Country Operations

- Own the day-to-day execution of CNTXT AI's data collection operations in Mexico.
- Build and execute the country-level operational plan.
- Manage aggressive weekly and monthly data collection targets.
- Launch and scale multiple collection locations simultaneously.
- Coordinate people, smartphones, partners, technology, training, and quality requirements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions quickly.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client requirements.

Project Management
- Build detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Establish clear owners and accountability across each workstream.
- Manage multiple projects and locations simultaneously.
- Track progress against collection and delivery targets.
- Maintain risk, issue, dependency, and action trackers.
- Run daily and weekly operational reviews.
- Escalate critical risks before they impact delivery.
- Provide clear reporting to CNTXT AI's global leadership team.

Business Partnerships




- Identify businesses and organizations that can participate in data collection programs.
- Build relationships with business owners, operations leaders, and decision-makers.
- Support and close partnerships with factories, warehouses, logistics companies, construction businesses, farms, hotels, restaurants, retailers, workshops, and other organizations.
- Move partners quickly from initial discussion to operational launch.
- Expand successful partnerships across additional employees, locations, shifts, and tasks.

Partner Operations After a partnership is signed:
- Coordinate operational onboarding.
- Identify participating employees and suitable tasks.
- Coordinate smartphone deployment and app activation.
- Ensure training and collection requirements are understood.
- Track production from each partner.
- Resolve operational issues.
- Monitor quality and approved hours.
- Ensure partners consistently meet agreed targets.

Smartphone & Technology Operations
- Coordinate smartphone procurement, allocation, setup, and deployment.
- Manage device inventory and tracking.
- Ensure devices are correctly configured for data collection.
- Coordinate app activation and technical support.
- Manage replacement and redistribution of devices.
- Maximize utilization and approved hours generated per smartphone.

Performance & Quality Own and monitor key operational KPIs, including:
- Approved hours vs. target
- Daily and weekly collection volume
- Number of active locations
- Number of active business partners
- Approval and rejection rates
- Hours per location
- Hours per smartphone
- Cost per approved hour
- Partner performance
- Project delivery against milestones

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in operations, project management, program management, field operations, business operations, or a related field.
- Strong track record managing complex, fast-moving projects.




- Experience managing operations across multiple locations or large workforces.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working directly with business partners, vendors, or enterprise customers.
- Ability to build processes and operations from the ground up.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage through KPIs and operational data.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with aggressive delivery targets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent Spanish and strong professional English.
- Based in Mexico or willing to relocate within Mexico as required for the role.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, you will be expected to:

- Establish a scalable operating model for Mexico.
- Launch data collection across multiple locations and business partners.
- Build a strong pipeline of new operational partnerships.
- Establish clear project tracking, reporting, SOPs, and accountability.
- Successfully deploy and manage smartphones across collection locations.
- Consistently increase approved data collection volume.
- Maintain strong quality and operational performance.
- Identify and resolve risks before they impact delivery.
- Build an operation capable of scaling significantly as client demand grows.

Location & Relocation The role will initially be based in Mexico and will work closely with CNTXT AI's integral operations team. For candidates interested in international opportunities, there is also an opportunity to relocate to the UAE as the role and organization grow.
