Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for a Sr Product Manager to join our Product team and help us turn real user needs into products and experiences that drive meaningful business impact.

What you’ll do

As a Sr Product Manager, you’ll own products end-to-end — from discovery and strategy to execution and post-launch measurement.

You will:

- Define product opportunities and strategy based on real user problems and quantitative data.
- Partner closely with Product squads, Design, Tech, and other stakeholders to shape strategy and execution.
- Translate our North Star into clear quarterly initiatives and roadmap priorities.
- Own discovery, prioritization, backlog management, and roadmap execution.
- Design and promote frictionless, self-service user experiences.
- Use funnels, cohorts, behavioral data, and experimentation to identify opportunities and measure impact.
- Define and track product and business outcomes after launch.
- Connect dependencies and sequencing across multiple squads.
- Keep teams and leadership aligned through clear, transparent communication.
- Continuously research, test, learn, and iterate.

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience owning products end-to-end, from discovery through post-release measurement.
- Strong product discovery and design-thinking experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills,



including funnels, cohorts, behavioral patterns, and experiment measurement.
- Experience managing backlogs and working closely with Tech Leads and Design in agile environments.
- Experience defining product and business outcome metrics.
- Ability to work across multiple squads and manage dependencies and prioritization.
- Strong business judgment and understanding of how product decisions connect to business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- English and Spanish proficiency (Must)

Tools & technical skills We value hands-on, modern product practices. Experience with:

- Claude Design / Claude Code for AI-assisted prototyping
- Notion for PRDs and product documentation
- Figma
- JIRA
- Metabase / Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools
