Job Summary:

- Seeking Program Manager to lead the delivery and governance of a large-scale Coupa transformation program supporting Daikin Applied and Daikin Mexico.
- Will manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning Supplier Onboarding, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Enablement, and ERP integrations.
- You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, IT, Digital, and external implementation partners to drive program execution, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment to business objectives.
- This position requires a proven program leader with experience delivering complex SaaS, ERP, procurement, finance, or supply chain technology transformations.
- The idóneo candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, can quickly establish structure and governance, and possesses the ability to balance executive-level program oversight with hands-on execution to deliver successful business transformation outcomes.

Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in program and project management
- Demonstrated success leading large, cross‑functional IT or Digital programs




- Strong execution mindset — able to move seamlessly between strategy, planning, and hands‑on delivery
- Experience working closely with Product teams.
- Experience operating in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
- Comfort partnering with Scrum Masters and Agile teams
- Exceptional stakeholder‑management and communication skills
- Program Management expertise is required; Coupa expertise is preferred but not required
- Experience leading SaaS, ERP, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation programs is strongly preferred
- Functional familiarity with Supplier Onboarding, Sourcing, Procurement, Invoicing, and system integration initiatives is sufficient
- Priority is given to delivery leadership, governance, stakeholder management, and execution rigor

Proven ability to manage:

- Parallel workstreams
- Complex dependencies
- Evolving scope and priorities

Strong experience creating and maintaining:

- Integrated program plans
- Delivery dashboards and KPIs
- Executive‑level reporting
- Experience operating within structured enterprise governance models
