Position: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Work Model: Hybrid

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience with Splunk and Dynatrace
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Shell/Bash scripting
- Strong application troubleshooting and production support experience
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
- Ansible automation
- Working knowledge of Groovy and YAML
- Experience with Git/Bitbucket
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), incident management, and capacity planning
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with DevOps automation and production monitoring

Nice to Have:

- AWS and/or Azure cloud experience
- Prometheus/Grafana
- Card payment/payment processing domain experience
- Event-driven architecture experience

The role will focus on production reliability, monitoring and alerting, incident response, automation, performance optimization, CI/CD support, and continuous improvement while collaborating with a integral engineering team.
