We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join a cross-functional team responsible for Helix, our design system, and the user experience across three SaaS products: Amino, Sonar, and Proline.
This role covers the full range of UX practice. You will take on product design work alongside the team and bring a specialized focus on AI/UX, defining how our products communicate and behave when artificial intelligence is involved.
AI/UX is your area of depth, not your only responsibility.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Product Design
·Own UX design work across Amino, Sonar, and Proline: flows, wireframes, interaction specs, and design reviews
·Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and validate interaction decisions
·Participate in design critiques and contribute to design quality across the team
·Plan and support usability testing, prototype validation,
and design feedback sessions to identify friction, validate assumptions, and improve product decisions
AI/UX
·Design interaction patterns for human-AI workflows: trust signals, confidence indicators, uncertainty communication, and progressive disclosure of AI reasoning
·Extend Helix with AI-specific components covering processing states, error handling, feedback loops, and explainability surfaces
·Partner with product and engineering teams integrating AI features to establish UX guardrails and reusable patterns
·Review AI-driven features across products and identify where the experience breaks down or erodes user trust
·Track emerging AI UX research and translate relevant findings into practical patterns for the team
