ServiceNow Developer – E3 (Senior Developer)
Role Overview The E3 ServiceNow Developer is a senior individual contributor responsible for delivering high-quality ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. The role focuses on strong hands-on delivery, technical depth, and reliable execution within defined architecture and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow configurations and customizations within approved solution architecture
- Configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer
- Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflows, and notifications
- Build and support REST and SOAP integrations, including basic IntegrationHub use cases
- Configure and enhance ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Support automation and orchestration scenarios
- Convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide L3 technical support for customizations and integrations
- Ensure upgrade-safe development and platform best practices
- Prepare technical documentation and support solution demos
Experience & Skills
- 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience in ITSM implementations
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations
- Exposure to AngularJS, HTML, and XML
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
