The Skill Testing 2 professional will join the 61385-MEX110N01 NA Lower Middle Markets team to provide comprehensive testing and consulting support for a variety of ERP solutions. Working closely with the XYZ consulting group, the role involves designing test strategies, executing functional and performance tests, and ensuring high-quality delivery for our US-based clients.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for ERP applications.
- Collaborate with consulting team to understand functional requirements.
- Perform automated and manual testing using Java, Python, C++, and SQL scripts.
- Identify, document, and track defects in issue tracking system.
- Conduct performance and regression testing.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability.
- Support continuous integration pipelines and test automation frameworks.
- Communicate test results and status to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices.
- Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or ERP consulting.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, and SQL.
