We are looking for a

Project Management Engineer with strong experience in

SMT equipment and electronics manufacturing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide after-sales support for

SMT and other equipment

.

- Train customers on machine operation, programming, and maintenance

.

- Manage SMT projects, including solution consulting, process optimization, automation, and production capacity improvement

.

- Provide emergency technical support to customers when required.

- Prepare technical reports and English PPT presentations and coordinate with customers regarding technical issues, POs, payments, testing, and machine demonstrations.

- Coordinate customer requirements during the order and delivery process.

- Identify new customer requirements and support project follow-ups.

- Introduce company products and solutions to potential customers.





- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in

Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering

.

- Prior

SMT / electronics manufacturing industry experience is required.

- Good

English communication skills

(written and spoken).

- Basic knowledge of

PLC, AOI, SPI, Printer, Mounter, Reflow Oven, Wave Soldering, Conveyors

, etc.

- Willingness to work directly with customers and provide on-site technical support.

- Understanding of

Chinese culture and a customer-focused mindset.

- Willingness to support business development and customer relationship activities
