At REHAU, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer (RPS) to support our operational excellence journey and drive sustainable improvements across manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

Implement and promote Lean Manufacturing methodologies and RPS standards throughout the plant.

Facilitate Kaizen workshops and cross-functional improvement projects.

Analyze operational KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Support the implementation of standardized work, visual management, and problem-solving methodologies.

Train and coach employees on continuous improvement tools and best practices.

Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams to achieve performance objectives.

Monitor project results and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.





Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Manufacturing Engineering.

Knowledge of Lean tools such as:

5S

TPM

SMED

Value Stream Mapping (VSM)

A3 Problem Solving

Experience leading improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

English proficiency (intermediate to advanced).

Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
