Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Design Systems Engineer to own how client design systems are built. You take a brand and reference sites, extract patterns into tokens, variables, modes, and core components a build pipeline can execute without questions.
This is a senior, systems-first seat. You stand up new systems fast and get them right the first time, across several client brands at once. Remote role with overlap to US business hours, primarily serving Latin America.
