Purpose of Position
Provide engineering & production knowledge to establish a competitive cost leadership position , contributing with the superior quality & service to our customers Apply Industrial Engineering concepts to improve product and information flow, define capacity, set up cost per unit, reduce complexity, and reduce costs by resource optimization.
Major responsibilities and tasks of the position
Be accountable for the timely completion of many projects simultaneously
Be responsible of generate the labor standard time
Be responsible of time studies, Process Flow maps & Capacity identification picture according to production area & the system
Be responsible for having routers loaded in the SAP system correctly
Structure the Critical logic characteristics of the product by Area/Work Center/Operation
List the two most complex decisions indicative of this function and its impact to the function, department and/or corporation.
Develop Capacity Models within SAP Secure Cost Roll Up process
Execute Time studies and CT analysis
Responsible of loading Part Number pending into SAP
Analysis on Variations for Cost performance vs. Standard
Validates changes in product and process for standard improvement
Execute Cost Roll up
Communication with Mfg.
core team for priority management
Propose line design to optimize capacity, material flow, eq. utilization
Propose Operation breakdown to improve productivity reduce cost
Support manufacturing projects that link into SAP / PN structure

Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements
A. Education
Technical Industrial Engineer or other.
Or seven semesters of bachelor of eng
