What we are looking for:
Education: Active student in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Soft Skills: Dynamic personality, extroverted, and highly articulate.
Languages: Intermediate to Advanced conversational English (must-have).
Excel: Advanced level (pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis).
Tech Skills: Knowledge of Power BI and database management is a plus.
Insurance Requirement: It is mandatory to have active university health insurance (Confiable Facultativo) valid for the entire 1-year duration of the project .
Schedule: Availability from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Vendor Relations: Welcoming, managing,
and maintaining constant communication and follow-up with suppliers.
Document Control: Managing documentation workflows and ensuring proper tracking of purchasing files and procedures.
System Optimization: Cleaning up catalogs and continuously updating the department's databases.
Reporting & Analytics: Supporting data structuring to improve the overall operational visibility of the area.
