Main Responsibilities: Coordinate daily purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components. Support supplier negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and purchasing strategies. Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service. Collaborate with Planning, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve material shortages and supply chain issues. Analyze purchasing KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve department performance. Oversee purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and material availability through SAP or other ERP systems. Support supplier development, evaluation, and risk management activities. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency.



Provide guidance and support to purchasing team members, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives. Support the Purchasing Manager in strategic decision-making and departmental projects. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of supplier management, negotiations, and cost analysis. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of MRP, inventory management, and manufacturing processes. Advanced English communication skills.
