Location: This position is temporarily remote within the Guadalajara, Jalisco area; however, a return-to-office model will be implemented soon. **Candidates residing outside Guadalajara must be available and willing to relocate immediately** Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performing full-stack applications. Build robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technology roadmaps. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA engineers, and Dev Ops teams throughout the SDLC.



Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions. Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application deployments. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development. Strong proficiency in: Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security Hibernate/JPA Hands-on experience with: REST APIs JSON/XML Maven/Gradle JUnit, Mockito Strong front-end development experience with: Angular or React (preferred) Type Script HTML5 CSS3/SCSS Experience with relational databases: Oracle My SQL Proficiency with Git-based source control systems. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
