Latino Legends is seeking a highly organized Construction Administrative Assistant to support project management and operations for a U.S.-based client. This remote role is open to applicants from Latin America; 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri with occasional Saturdays.
You will handle vendor coordination, bid support, invoicing and project documentation, while communicating with clients and keeping records accurate.
