Qualifications Hands‑on accounting management experience, with ownership of daily operations and team delivery.
Proven Sage Intacct experience is required.
Very fluent English for leading and supporting a remote team.
Nice-to-Haves ServiceTitan experience, ideally in HVAC or home services.
Excel and Power Query skills.
