The Senior Associate will assist the Program Director with day-to-day program management support. The Project Manager will use experience and project management skills to help plan, monitor and achieve program objectives delivered through a number of interconnected projects and multi-disciplined general teams. Responsabilities.

- Support Program Director during all stakeholder interactions including meeting organization and presentation materials, meeting follow ups and liaising with Global business teams for execution and management of action items.
- Manage monthly reporting requirements (ex. reconciling budget to actual,



preparing stakeholder financial reports, update reporting systems).
- Responsible for publishing regular communications to all stakeholders including newsletters, project status updates, marketing announcements, application release notes.
- Serve as point of contact for all release and deployment activities.
- Develop and maintain an overall project plan in MS Project or similar tool.

Requirements.

- College degree and 3+ years' experience in a professional services setting or similar matrix organization.
- Must have 3+years of relevant and increasing responsibility in one or more of the following areas: project/program management, financial management/reporting, planning, strategy.
- Experience in software development projects required.
- High performer with track record of delivering high quality deliverables and communicating with stakeholders at all levels (including Partners) .
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and possess strong prioritization skills to meet numerous and competing deadlines. Must have strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail with an ability to identify and resolve issues. Ability to work autonomously.
- Proficient with the following technologies: Microsoft Office Suite, preferred experience with automation tools (ex. Alteryx).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
