ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM Event Management in a production enterprise environment
Experience with Event Management deployments from design through go‑live and post‑production support
Experience working with large‑scale monitoring and observability platforms
Key Responsibilities Event Management Implementation Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow Event Management solutions.
Configure Event Management architecture, event ingestion patterns, and operational dashboards
Develop and maintain Event Rules, Alert Management configurations, and Event Processing Rules.
Configure alert correlation,



alert suppression, de‑duplication, and noise reduction mechanisms.
Implement Event‑to‑Incident automation and event‑driven workflows.
Integrations Integrate ServiceNow Event Management with third‑party monitoring and observability tools such as:
Dynatrace
AWS CloudWatch
Other enterprise monitoring solutions
Develop and maintain integrations using:
REST APIs
SOAP Web Services
MID Servers
Webhooks
IntegrationHub
Scripted APIs
Required Technical Skills ITOM Event Management , Alert Management
CMDB , Discovery ,Service Mapping (preferred)
