Inflect is engaging an independent Sr Fullstack Engineer - Capacity & Matching Consultant in Mexico through

Working as an external subject matter expert, you will provide technical execution across the coupled Gateway and Capacity Matching surface while serving as cross-coverage backup owner for the RouteFinder and Site Prover cluster, ensuring core platform intelligence runs with high availability, accuracy, and automated resiliency.

Specialized Technical Capabilities Required

- Full-Stack Engineering Mastery: 7–10 years of professional full-stack engineering expertise, with deep production proficiency in Go (backend services) and React/TypeScript (frontend interfaces).
- Algorithmic & Gateway Architecture: Applied experience designing, building, and tuning algorithmic matching, ranking, scoring, or recommendation frameworks, combined with API gateway and integration-heavy backend architectures.
- Data & Cloud Substrate: Hands-on experience with relational databases (Postgres), cloud deployments (AWS), event-driven messaging, and integrating data pipelines.
- Cross-Border Async Collaboration: Fluent professional English communication skills for effective cross-border async collaboration, code reviews, and dai
