About the role:

Join us as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist focused on Professional & HR Services , driving sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.

Partner with key stakeholders to deliver strategic value and business impact .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing and category strategy for multi-million-dollar spend areas, with a focus on Professional Services and HR Services .

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for categories such as consulting, professional advisory services, recruitment/talent services, HR consulting, training, employee services, and other HR-related vendors .

• Conduct market and industry analysis , leveraging market intelligence, benchmarking, supplier assessments, and should-cost models to identify opportunities and support sourcing decisions.

• Deliver Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements through competitive sourcing, supplier consolidation, cost optimization, and strategic negotiations.

• Manage end-to-end category management , including requirements gathering, RFP/RFQ processes, bid analysis, negotiations, supplier selection, contract administration, and ongoing supplier performance management.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders such as HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, and business leaders .

• Lead sourcing initiatives for HR and Professional Services vendors,



for example recruitment agencies, consulting firms, training providers, HR technology/services, and other external workforce or employee-related services .

• Develop negotiation strategies and lead complex vendor negotiations, balancing cost, quality, service levels, risk, and business requirements.

• Present sourcing strategies, business cases, recommendations, and results to stakeholders and senior management .

Idóneo Profile:

✔ 4+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing , ideally with experience in Professional Services and/or HR Services categories .

✔ Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies for significant spend categories, from initial business requirements through supplier selection and contract execution.

✔ Hands-on experience sourcing Professional Services and HR-related categories , such as consulting, recruitment/talent acquisition services, HR consulting, training, employee services, or similar areas.

✔ Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to evaluate supplier proposals, analyze costs and market data, and translate findings into clear sourcing recommendations.

✔ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and work effectively with HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, and senior leadership .

✔ English C1/C2 proficiency.
