Major responsibilities and tasks of the position
- Be accountable for the timely completion of many projects simultaneously
- Be responsible of generate the labor standard time
- Be responsible of time studies, Process Flow maps & Capacity identification picture according to production area & the system
- Be responsible for having routers loaded in the SAP system correctly
- Structure the Critical logic characteristics of the product by Area/Work Center/Operation
- List the two most complex decisions indicative of this function and its impact to the function, department and/or corporation.
- Develop Capacity Models within SAP Secure Cost Roll Up process
- Execute Time studies and CT analysis
- Responsible of loading Part Number pending into SAP
- Analysis on Variations for Cost performance vs. Standard
- Validates changes in product and process for standard improvement
- Execute Cost Roll up
- Communication with Mfg.
core team for priority management
- Propose line design to optimize capacity, material flow, eq. utilization
- Propose Operation breakdown to improve productivity reduce cost
- Support manufacturing projects that link into SAP / PN structure
