We are two U.S.-based real estate brands focused on helping homeowners understand and navigate situations such as foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, probate, and property sales. We are looking for someone to help us build our digital presence and inbound marketing strategy from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media, blogs, and eventually YouTube.
- Develop buyer personas and customer journeys based on our vigente target audiences.
- Create educational content in both Spanish and English, with an SEO-focused approach.
- Coordinate content efforts with our CRM and lead-generation workflows.
- Track key metrics related to reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Support the creation of lead magnets, marketing campaigns, and conversion-focused materials.

Requirements
- Proven experience in inbound marketing and digital marketing.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry — required or highly preferred.
- Experience managing social media and content creation tools, with a basic understanding of SEO preferred.
- Native or advanced Spanish and advanced English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote work environment.
- Availability and interest in growing into a full-time role as the project develops.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience working with CRMs.
- Experience with video production or AI-powered content creation tools.li>
- Knowledge of foreclosure, probate, or legal processes related to real estate in the U.S.
