Astreya is seeking an SMB Ranger to serve as the highest technical escalation point at our Delivery Partners. You will lead escalation quality initiatives and manage predefined end-to-end escalation scenarios to reduce days-to-close.
In this role, you will coach DP teams, triage cases before escalation to Microsoft PTAs/SEEs, create knowledge resources, and analyze volume drivers to guide improvements. Strong MS 365 expertise and English fluency required; some travel may be involved.
