We’re a growing ABA therapy company looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to help us build a strong, reliable team.
You’ll own the recruiting process from sourcing and outreach to interviews and onboarding. You’ll connect with talented candidates, build relationships in the healthcare community, and help us find the right people for both clinical and support roles.

What You’ll Do
Manage the full recruitment process , from sourcing to onboarding
Create and post engaging job ads across multiple platforms
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, job boards, and other channels
Build relationships with schools, healthcare communities, and professional networks
Review applications and identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate next steps
Keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding and follow up with new hires
Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruiting reports
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Represent the company professionally and create a positive candidate experience
What You’ll Bring
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
Healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred
Experience recruiting for the U.S. market is a plus
Strong sourcing skills across multiple recruiting platforms
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable learning and using new recruiting tools and ATS systems
A proactive, friendly, and candidate-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at the same time
