PROVE Partners is seeking a dedicated Servicing Specialist (remote) to join the team. In this role you will conduct 50-100 outbound calls daily to law firms and providers, gather case updates, negotiate settlements, and manage emails to ensure smooth case progression.
The adecuado candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience servicing financial products. Personal injury knowledge is a plus. This is a contract, remote position with equipment provided by the employee.
