Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and refine the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet the current and future needs of the organization.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual development.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job profiling and sourcing to candidate assessment and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning and talent needs.
Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree
