Technical Delivery Manager – OTT & Digital Media

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with strong experience in OTT, video streaming, cloud technologies, and software engineering to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital media platforms.

The idóneo candidate will have a strong technical background in Full Stack Development, Cloud, Microservices, APIs, and AI , combined with proven leadership experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and complex modernization/transformation initiatives.

This role will be responsible for driving delivery across web, mobile, and Connected TV platforms , ensuring high-quality releases, technical excellence, stakeholder alignment, and effective execution of strategic technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of OTT and digital streaming platforms across web, mobile, and Connected TV environments.
- Provide technical oversight across video encoding, transcoding, packaging, CDN, DRM, streaming protocols, and content delivery workflows .
- Lead cross-functional teams of 20+ engineers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and other technical resources .
- Drive delivery of Live Streaming, Video-on-Demand (VOD), personalization, recommendations, and digital media capabilities .
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, execution, release management, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation .
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and engineering productivity across large-scale consumer applications.
- Lead application modernization, cloud migration, digital transformation, and platform enhancement initiatives .
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps,



and Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage technical dependencies, delivery risks, resource planning, budgets, timelines, and project governance.
- Evaluate and manage technology partners, vendors, cloud providers, and third-party integrations.
- Establish delivery metrics and continuously improve quality, release velocity, cycle time, and operational efficiency .
- Communicate technical progress, risks, dependencies, and business impact to senior leadership.

Must-Have Skills

1. OTT / Video Streaming — Mandatory

- Strong hands-on understanding of OTT and digital video streaming ecosystems .
- Experience with video encoding/transcoding, packaging, CDN, DRM, and streaming workflows .
- Strong understanding of Live Streaming and VOD platforms .
- Experience with multi-platform applications including Web, iOS, Android, Roku, and Smart TVs .
- Understanding of AVOD, SVOD, and digital media monetization models .

2. Technical Architecture & Engineering — Mandatory

- Strong software development background with experience in Full Stack technologies .
- Strong understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, API integrations, and distributed systems .
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP .
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, cloud-native architecture,



and application modernization .
- Experience with AI/ML or AI-enabled digital products is highly preferred.

3. Technical Delivery Leadership — Mandatory

- 10–15+ years of overall technology experience .
- 5+ years of technical leadership/delivery management experience .
- Proven experience leading large cross‑functional teams of 20+ resources .
- Experience delivering complex modernization and digital transformation programs .
- Strong Agile/Scrum, SDLC, release, dependency, risk, and delivery management experience.

4. Stakeholder & Program Management — Mandatory

- Strong experience working with senior technical and business stakeholders .
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Experience managing vendors, technology partners, budgets, timelines, and delivery metrics .
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical delivery plans and execution strategies .

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with high-scale consumer-facing digital platforms .
- Experience with personalization, recommendation engines, analytics, and content platforms .
- Understanding of low-latency streaming technologies and protocols .
- Experience with cloud-based media services and large-scale distributed applications.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
