We are seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure, cloud services, endpoints, and security systems. The adecuado candidate will have experience with Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity. This role focuses on day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Administer Microsoft Intune, including Windows, Apple, and Android device enrollment, software deployment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.

- Manage Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including user/group administration, synchronization, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle management.

- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support, troubleshooting, escalation, and root-cause analysis for infrastructure and endpoint issues.

- Administer and troubleshoot Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Web Apps, SQL, Enterprise Applications, Recovery Services Vaults, and Virtual Networks.

- Support network, wireless, cloud, server, workstation, storage, and printer environments to maintain secure and reliable operations.

- Support application provisioning and troubleshoot SSO/SAML and access-related issues.

- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and bulk operations.

- Monitor security tools, respond to alerts, and assist with threat remediation and system patching.





- Collaborate with IT teams, site staff, vendors, and project teams on system deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.

- Research and recommend technologies to improve IT efficiency, security, and reliability.

- Participate in proactive maintenance, after-hours support, and on-call rotations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in systems, cloud, network, or endpoint administration.

Certifications such as Azure, CompTIA Network+, or Security+ preferred.

- Experience managing endpoint configuration, policies, and device management using tools such as Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, or RMM platforms.

- Strong experience supporting Azure AD/Entra ID-joined environments; hybrid-to-cloud migration experience preferred.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

- Solid understanding of wireless networking, network connectivity, and troubleshooting.

- Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity tools, including antivirus, EDR, email security, and SSL certificates.

- Experience administering and securing enterprise cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, or Egnyte.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
