Job Summary We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our remote recruitment operations. In this role, you will handle vital sourcing tasks, own interview scheduling and coordination, and directly conduct candidate interviews. This position offers immediate placement, long-term stability, and significant room for professional growth within our team.
Core Responsibilities
- Interview Logistics & Scheduling: Own the end-to-end interview scheduling process for phone screens, virtual interviews, and hiring manager meetings across time zones.
- Conducting Interviews: Lead initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and clear next steps.
- Talent Sourcing & Administration: Support recruiters by actively sourcing candidates and maintaining accurate candidate records within recruitment software.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Coordination.
- Language: Advanced English verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong collaborative ability, receptive to feedback, and comfortable conducting live interviews and project updates.
- Core Abilities: Strong experience in interview scheduling, interview coordination, conducting interviews, high-level organizational skills, and ATS proficiency.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
