MaxTrans Logistics is a U.S.-based transportation and logistics company. Our Mérida office supports our U.S. operations, providing opportunities to learn and grow in an international business environment.
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to work alongside our recruiting team throughout the recruitment and hiring process. If you enjoy connecting with people, have a positive attitude, and are eager to learn, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish job postings across job boards, social media, and college employment platforms.
- Review resumes and maintain accurate candidate information in our recruitment database.
- Contact applicants, schedule phone screenings, and assess their fit for available positions.
- Prepare tailored interview guides and participate in interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct background and reference checks and prepare and send job offers.
- Maintain ongoing candidate communication, answering questions and sharing process updates.
- Collect new-hire documentation and prepare employee registration information for HR.
- Support U.S.
recruitment by identifying potential candidates and sharing qualified profiles with our U.S. recruiters.
- Help create social media content to attract candidates and promote job opportunities.
- Support administrative onboarding and other recruitment-related activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) is required and non-negotiable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A friendly, approachable personality and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
