Support global projects in recruitment, employer branding, HR technology, analytics, and candidate experience while collaborating with international teams and developing professional skills

Daily Activities

- Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives across global teams.
- Assist with recruiting processes, reporting, and data analysis
- Help maintain and improve recruiting tools and systems
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
- Create presentations, communications, and training materials
- Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Participate in meetings, projects, and special assignments with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders
- Contribute ideas that enhance the recruiter and candidate experience
