We’re hiring: Technical Lead – Digital Banking Platform

Remote – US Market

Must be available to work EST hours

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the technical delivery and architectural alignment of a customer-facing Digital Banking Platform for the US market.

What we’re looking for:

- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- 3+ years as a Technical Lead / Engineering Lead
- Strong experience in Digital Banking or FinTech
- Hands-on experience integrating with Fiserv Signature — APIs, message queues and batch processes
- Strong experience with AWS and Spring Boot microservices
- Expertise in MuleSoft , API management and enterprise integration
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews and zero-downtime deployments




- nowledge of US banking security and compliance standards such as FFIEC, SOC 2 and PCI-DSS
- Experience leading Agile engineering teams and collaborating with Product, Architecture, Security and Core Banking teams

Nice to have:

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer
- MuleSoft Certified Developer / Integration Architect
- Experience with large-scale core banking modernization or migration projects
