We are looking for a Transfer Coordinator Agent to join our incoming agency in Cancun, Mexico to reinforce our team in the destination. As a Transfer Agent you will be responsible to manage and control transfer services, having a close relationship with an important hotelier to ensure the best quality of service and also manage incidents. The main responsibilities will be:

- Management and control of transfers in Cancun, Mexico.
- Communication with providers and hoteliers.
- Management of claims and incidents.
- Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service.




- Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes in Cancun, Mexico.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in a similar position or concierge position will be valued.
- Advanced level of English.
- Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our In-house Operational Systems.
- Good knowledge of Cancun, Mexico and important locations in the destination.
- Studies of Tourism or related fields.
- Strong coordination, teamwork, and guest service skills.
- Previous experience coordinating ground transportation services is highly valued.
