You will own technology and process settings for critical equipment, lead a diverse team of technicians, and drive Progressive Maintenance and KPI improvement across shifts.
You will partner with Asset and Reliability teams, manage spares localization and cost reductions, and train PM-related subjects for the plant while supporting continuous improvement initiatives with the VSU group.
