The Category marketing manager, Animal Nutrition serves as the primary marketing owner for the Additives & Premixes category in Mexico for animal nutrition. The role is responsible for translating global product strategy into effective regional marketing execution while ensuring consistent, disciplined use of approved technical and regulatory content across long, highly technical sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the regional marketing plan for the Additives & Premixes category in Mexico,
aligned with general product strategy and local market needs.
- Apply understanding of regional and multicultural market dynamics to adapt global approaches for relevance while maintaining consistency with approved frameworks.
- Set priorities across marketing initiatives, events, tools, and enablement activities, making trade-offs visible and aligned to business impact.
- Lead execution of marketing initiatives including field enablement, technical meetings, trade shows, and supporting materials.
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure marketing efforts support sales conversations, customer education, and adoption.
