ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing QA Analyst to review and validate outbound email campaigns before they reach customers.
MUST HAVES
~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
~2+ years of experience in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
~ Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows .
~ Strong analytical eye — able to catch discrepancies in data, copy, and configuration that others miss.
~ Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements .
~ Methodical, process-oriented approach; comfortable working from checklists and documented standards.




~ Clear communicator — able to describe defects precisely and
NICE TO HAVES
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS email rendering.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent enterprise ESP.
Experience using defect tracking tools (Jira, or similar).
Knowledge of AMPScript or dynamic content logic in campaign platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Review and validate all outbound campaigns prior to deployment — including email content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists against campaign specifications.
Confirm data integrity: validate that merge tags, personalization fields, and offer content are rendering correctly for the right audiences.
Check all links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
Validate platform configuration — send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address — against approved specs.
