We are looking for a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.
4+ years of strong professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
~ Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices .
~ Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical data.
~ Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms .
~ Experience working with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems .
~ Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
~ Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
~ Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical and data requirements.




~ Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
~ Experience coordinating or supporting the onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
~ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple layers of a data solution.
~ Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Understanding of enterprise data architecture and modern data platform concepts.
Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and data transformation pipelines.
Experience with additional SAP technologies or SAP analytics environments.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to independently investigate data and reporting challenges.
