ARQ is seeking a certified investment advisor and regulatory officer for its Mexico investment advisory entity. You will own the advisory function end to end and serve as the accountable person before the CNBV while helping build a digital, scalable wealth product with integral teams.
The role requires AMIB certification or willingness to certify, 5+ years in investment advisory or wealth compliance with CNBV entities, and strong collaboration with product and engineering to translate regulation
