At Qibit , the specialized IT talent acquisition division of Gi Group, we are seeking a Solution Sales Manager – Life Science Division on behalf of a leading integral technology company specializing in computer vision, digital inspection systems, and IT track-and-trace/data serialization solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in consultative B2B sales for complex technical projects (Software + Hardware) to drive market expansion across Mexico and the LATAM region (excluding Brazil and Argentina), engaging directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers and machine builders (OEMs).
Consultative IT/B2B Sales: Commercialize and integrate complex technological solutions, including computer vision systems, data serialization software, and industrial automation.
Tech Project Management: Translate client requirements into technical specifications for software/hardware architecture and pharmaceutical traceability systems.
Regional Business Development: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics,



Management Engineering, Economics, or a related Technical Diploma.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in complex B2B sales for IT solutions, industrial automation, or custom machinery with software integration.
Knowledge of system integration, industrial automation, track-and-trace software, or custom machinery.
Fluent English (written and spoken) for international stakeholder collaboration.
Fast learning agility regarding new software/tech stacks and complex problem-solving.
