ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend.
MUST HAVES
Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Squad Lead , with a track record of motivating teams and mentoring junior developers.
Core Stack: Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, with at least 6 years of experience .
Streaming & Messaging: Hands‐on experience with Kafka .
Design Fundamentals: A strong grasp of Object‐Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD), software design patterns, and architectural pattern awareness .
Domain‐Driven Design: Deep understanding and practical experience with strong domain bounded contexts .
API Knowledge: Deep experience building and consuming RESTful services with a clear understanding of standard API protocols.
Database Skills:



Experience working with relational databases ( PostgreSQL, Oracle ) and JPA/Hibernate .
The "Backend-Heavy" Mindset: A passion for server‐side logic, performance, and architecture, coupled with good engineering practices.
NICE TO HAVES
Highly desirable: Experience working with spec‐driven development or related (AI-Driven Software Development Life Cycle).
Domain Experience: Previous experience in the Loyalty or Fintech sectors.
Cloud & Infra: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Refactoring: Experience refactoring legacy structures into modern, domain‐driven architectures.

Technical Leadership & Execution: Act as the Squad Lead, driving the team to execute on deliverables while maintaining high engineering standards.
