As our new Back Office Manager (Application Engineering Manager), LATAM
you'll be leading and developing a Back Office Engineering team that delivers accurate, timely technical solutions and quotations while driving continuous improvement across processes and customer experience in Latin America. You will follow a hybrid work model based in our office in Apodaca, Monterrey.
As a key part of the LATAM Back Office Engineering team, you'll create impact by building a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement that ensures customers receive best‐in‐class support and pumping solutions.
Lead, coach, and develop the Back Office Engineering team — setting clear expectations, managing performance, and building technical capabilities and career growth paths.
Monitor team performance using CRM, Power BI,



and ERP tools to track productivity, response times, quotation quality, and customer satisfaction — driving data‐informed decisions.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Product Specialists, and Engineering to resolve issues, support business growth, and improve execution.
Manage workload planning, resource utilization, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure consistent team coverage and readiness.
Above all, you're a results‐driven technical leader with deep applications engineering expertise, a track record of developing high‐performing teams, and a passion for process improvement and customer excellence. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
