We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive customer growth, operational transformation, and enterprise strategic priorities. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Analytics, Customer Experience, Digital, Training, Finance, and external vendors to deliver large-scale transformation programs that enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term business growth.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs aligned with enterprise growth and transformation objectives.
Drive initiatives from strategy development through implementation, ensuring successful business outcomes and operational readiness.
Manage program timelines, budgets, risks,



dependencies, resources, and governance processes.
Develop and execute change management strategies, including impact assessments, communication plans, and readiness activities.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Digital, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Vendor Management to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Analyze business performance, operational trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
Facilitate executive-level presentations and provide updates on program progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, operational enhancements, and new business capabilities.
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring initiatives remain aligned with business goals and customer needs.
